phpinfo() displays incomplete output when started from localhost. The first part is loaded but disappears immediatly. The last part is normally loaded.

You should be experiencing crashing module during MINFO section, or conflicting modules.

Try to get backtrace and/or locate which one is offending module by removing modules from confiugre option or php.ini.
