There is 84600 second in a day. Why in PHP there is 90000 seconds every 27. October? I store the date as a number and when I want to add one day by adding 84600 seconds it works all days in a year except for each 27.10. It does not make sense to me.

This is daylight savings time / summer time, use gmmktime instead.
