When building outside the source tree, php.ini-dist is not copied over, so make test fails.

well..I get a bit different 'error':

No tests were run.

(as the builddir does not contain the tests..)

There's really no point in making this work.
If you want to run tests, don't build outside source tree.

(you can of course provide a patch to fix this..)
