PHP General bug/glitch/oversite ... dunno what really.

I've been searching around and talking a lot to windows server admins lately while searching for 'GOOD' hosting in Australia - 95% of windows servers do NOT have PHP enabled and the reason for this is the admins don't know PHP is available for IIS! Notably the two largest ISP's in my region iHug and Telstra bigpond do not have php on the basis of their using IIS.

Something needs to be done to let all the Windows admins out there know that they can run php on their IIS servers!
