This is the last step in the process of getting mySQL + Apache + PHP3 to work and it fails here. I'm check with the Apache and OpenBSD people as we speak.

Please test your apxs build with Apache-1.3.7 and PHP 3.0.12 when they are both released.  If you still have problems, send us another bug report.
