Compiled as module to Apache-SSL 1.3.6
./configure --with-mysql --with-imap --with-apache=./apache.1.3.6 --enable-track-vars --without-gd

Description:
All mail in all folders apears to be unread and deleted. I have made a telnet to the imap-server and looked at the flags from there and all is as it should be. Php even have the abillity to SET the flags when mail is read and/or deleted. Thus a delete/expunge only deletes the flagged mails even though i looks like they all should be wasted.

I've tried v3.0.6-3.0.9 and without -SSL under both BSDi 3.1 and 2.0 with exactly the same result.

Regards, Robert Aden.

what version of c-client (UW-imap) are you using?

This was solved a long time ago, i'm sorry this case is still open. The problem was a ancient compiler, the problem went away when upgrading gcc under BSDi.
