I was looking through some of the bugs on the xslt extensions and found one that was marked as bogus.  When I read it and tried to comment on it, it asked me to vote on the problem, yet you are not able to vote on a bug of that status.

I did a search on "xslt_set_encoding" and found this problem in the only entry in the search results.

I beleive I have corrected this bug now. It still needs to be checked when the source code of bugs.php.net is updated from CVS...
