Windows CHM file works very slow (navigating, switching between links, etc.).
This is because it lacks two files (they exists, but they are empty): style.css and spacer.gif. If you will include them into CHM file and recompile it, then the speed will increase in several times.

This is fixed, new CHMs will shown up in a day or so on the site.
