It's not really a program bug, more like a distribution bug if u can call it that.
But the php_imap.dll is missing in the Windows zip package distribution.

There is already report about this:
http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=16796

I added php_imap.dll to that list. Please add comments there
if you find some extensions are missing and are not yet
mentioned there.
