dudes go help the telenet mirror out
cuz they have some sort of mime problem with the .chm files
cant get to download the latest pt-br chm version from that mirror...
better check for more bugs like this on other mirrors

mirror problems do not belong into this database,
please inform webmaster@mirror instead

I think he is referring to the fact that .chm files are not handled correctly on that mirror. Probably due to a misconfiguration of Apache: missing "AddType application/octet-stream .chm"

the problem is now fixed on that mirror (pt.php.net), it was due to a misconfiguration of Apache that was not aware of how to handle .chm and .bz2 files
