Only minor nuisiances:

The SNMP extension (php_snmp.dll) is missing from the windows distribution.
Seems to work with the file copied from 4.1.2  under WinXP.

The GD extension (php_gd2.dll) is still referred as php_gd.dll in both php.ini-dist and php.ini-recommended.

Not abug > Bogus.

SNMP is missing because no one could build it (according to Derick) and gd is NOT the same as gd2.
