Hello

I have a linux redhat system with sybase as the backend 
server using php4 as the front end using apache 
webserver,I wrote a simple program in php to connect to 
sybase and when i execute the program it gives me the 
following error

Error: Connection to localhost is broken

I'am struggling to find a solution to this error

Can anyone help me please
