I don't know if this is the correct forum for making suggestions like this, but if not it might be worth considering expanding the scope of the bug reports system to cover suggestions, feature requests, website feedback and so forth - Mozilla's bugzilla system covers all of that and works extremely well.

We have special categories for documentation problems, feature request and the PHP.net website. This belongs to the documentation problems.

Anyway, I've added a note to the manual. It should show up on the site in a couple of days.
