The frontpage of the CHM version of the italian manual is missing from the downloadable manual on PHP.net. If I compile the manual from sources on my local machine the page show up. I mean the page generated from "make_chm_index_it.html". This also happened 3 weeks in a row.

Fixed in CVS and in my build system. The page will show up in the CHMs on the site during this week.
