when handling upload files (use the example in the PHP manual)
is_upload_file($userfile) returns true
but if I use is_upload_file($_REQUEST["userfile"]), it returns false

$userfile = $_REQUEST["userfile"], isn't it ?

move_uploaded_file() also has same problem!

Use $_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'].
