The first few requests are handled fine, then suddenly Apache children start segfaulting. The following script reproduces this crash, backtrace is included after script:

--------------------------------------------

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE> Test crash </TITLE>
</HEAD>

<BODY>
<?php

  $rows = 10;
  $cols = 10;

  echo "<TABLE>\n";

  for ($i = 0; $i < $rows; ++$i) {
    echo "<TR>";
    for ($j = 0; $j < $cols; ++$j) {
      echo "<TD>Hello World</TD>";
    }
    echo "</TR>\n";
  }

  echo "</TABLE>";

?>
</BODY>
</HTML>
