The manual entry for the OCIExecute function defines it as "int OCIExecute ( int statement [, int mode])", but there is no description of the returned result.

Additionally, there is a missing close parenthesis after "(see OCIParse()", and the full stop preceding that should not be there; and "automaticly" in the last sentence should be "automatically".
