success to compile as DSO with apache_1.3.23

But when I try to start the apache:
it says : 
Syntax error on line 205 of /opt/web/conf/httpd.conf
in httpd.conf line 205
LoadModule php4_module		libexec/libphp4.so

can't load /opt/web/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server: can't open shared object fuke: can't load shared object file: no such file or directory
