Configured with this command line:
./configure --disable-force-cgi-redirect --with-msql=/usr/local/Minerva
make all

during compilation:
gcc -g -O2 -O2   -I. -I.                                    -c functions/gdttf.c -o functions/gdttf.o
functions/gdttf.c:20: freetype.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [functions/gdttf.o] Error 1
