If i have my document root set to c:\wwwroot\docs,
i can execute scripts under this directory or any of its
subdirectories, but if i declare a virtual directory in IIS
like foo in c:\foo, when i access my host as:

http://my.host/foo/bar.phtml

it doesn't find the script, even if i have
c:\wwwroot\docs\foo\bar.phtml, too.
