Well i noticed in my database that all the times where set to 2002-28-02 and cheaked the code. All seams okay even the system is correct. I assume that the date command has a bug in it. The text format like the day of the week is correct but when you use the numbers its all wrong.

Well, for starters your listed date and the date format you have listed in the bug title aren't the same.

Y-m-t = Year{4} - Month - Day of Month

So let's try reworking your report.

Send the:
Expected Date Format
Actual Date Format
Code Snippet that actually makes the date inserted into your DB.

I somehow doubt this is a bug.
