After I installed PHP on PWS, I couldn't execute my PHP scripts. 
I got following message:
"403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden"
I have solved this problem by giving "execute" permission to "Home" directory in the PWS Personel Web Manager as following
1)Edit Properties
2)Click "execute" check box
It's OK after that.
