Looks like most people does not care about this issue, then case sensitive
function/class/constants for PHP5, IMO. 

So fat, it seems subscribers are nice people who don't cheat :)

IMHO it would make things faster since there will be no strtolower needed, but I think it would break BC and, because of that, my vote is NO.
