after a quick look at configure, i noticed that it actually supports something like --with-xslt-sablot[=DIR]

should probably be fixed in ext/xslt/config.m4:
11 PHP_ARG_WITH(xslt-sablot, whether to enable the XSLT Sablotron backend,
12 [  --with-xslt-sablot      XSLT: Enable the sablotron backend])
