may be its just my computer, but i have downloaded the win binaries about 6 ties, and have opened the files with diffret unzips and have cleared my cash but every time i try do open the file i all way get a error message!!

is the win 4.1.1 download broken or is it just me? is there another place i can download the win files?

You'll probably find it's a network error or something, as many people have verified these packages as viable. Try downloading from a mirror site.
