is_dir() fail when it first access a directory, but the directory is exist. it should return true or faluse, not fail. then the stat() report an error (errno=2). load is_dir() again, things ok.
but there is no this issue at 4.0.6.
my configration:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql --with-apache=../apache_1.3.22 --enable-track-vars --enable-bcmath --with-gd --with-jpeg --with-xpm --with-ttf --with-zlib --with-tiff --with-png --with-gif --with-imap=../imap-2001a.RELEASE-CANDIDATE.4 --with-apx --with-openssl=/usr/local/openssl --with-vpopmail=/var/vpopmail
