I downloaded your PDF PHP manual, but it seems to be missing about 680+ pages.  I only get pages 1-574.

Can you send me to a link with the full PDF document?

Unable to reproduce. I got a total of 1622 pages.

As of right now it's only 267 pages (14 chapters).  This number varies, usually it's much larger and only part of the appendix is missing.  Yes there is a note that it's incomplete but not _this_ incomplete.  Reopening until this won't happen again.

we don't have a pdf manual now. There's no point in keeping this bug open (4 years is a looong time).
