Two feature requests- both dealing with logging:

  There should be a way to set log levels [E_ALL for example] different for file logging and for screen [html] logging.  This allows serious errors to be printed out and optimization warnings to be written to a file

  There should be a way to set a different log file for each domain, so that users on multi-user machines may receive their PHP errors.

It is possible to set different log file for each domain already, at least with Apache and since 5.3 for CGI too. Log by level would be nice improvement though.
