I downloaded a compiled version of PHP4.0.6 for windows NT at Sep/13/01. And have lots of trouble trying to make it work with Oracle8.
 
I wasn't able to connect to any kind of database until I go to php4win.de and downloaded a more recent compiled version of PHP4.0.6.

I'm sure this is a very simple bug, and very easy to fix.
