In some cases, I would like to assign null values for some ini entries using php_value or php_admin_value.

Currently, 

php_value auto_prepend_file ""

does not work.I'm not sure if it is acceptable..

You can use the special value:  none  for this and it's been documented for awhile, am closing this report.
