Hi,

i am not sure whether the following is technically wrong, but i am very sure it should be pointed out:

if get-post-cookie magic quotes are enabled and you use a form to upload a file, *the file contents get magic-quoted*.

in my personal opinion this is a bug; most definitely it
was hell to figure out since in never expected it. however, opinions may differ. at any rate, it would, i firmly believe, be advisable to mention it in the docs.

Uploaded files are normal data posted to the server. As such, they must be "magically quoted", if you have turned on gpc magic quotes.
