With the installation of Zendcache, the install file didn't update the php.ini, while I think it should do this since all kinds of questions are asked during installation. We adjusted the php.ini manually.


  >>  zend_cache.use_cwd=1
  >>  zend_cache.memory_consumption=64 ; 64MB
  >>  zend_cache.validate_timestamps=1
  >>  ;zend_cache.password=xxxxxxxxx
  >>  zend_extension=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendCache.so
