1.If I want to view the content of the table ,Iam getting this message,Please suggest me the solution

mala=> select * from APPFORMtable;
Field        | Value
(0 rows)            



2.If I want to add the data in the table which is in the word format.Please suggest me the solution for which I can add the data at one shot .
