Configuring php 4.0.6 with memlimit patch with option
--with-oci8 and then compiling works fine. Installing the
module into Apache modules directory and restarting Apache
makes apache die (without any messages in log files). If i
comment in httpd.conf the directives that make php4 load
apache starts without problem.
If i configure and compile without --with-oci8 and then
insert the module apache works fine.
Please tell me if you need aditional information.
Thanks.

thanks a lot, and please don't get angry. I did look for
previos bug reports or documentation at the php website, but
i found nothing about this. I always use to rtfm.
Thanks again, it was useful.
