When building with the following configuration:
./configure 
--with-apache=/usr/src/apache 
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql   
--with-sybase=$SYBASE 
--enable-debugger 
 --with-dbase 
 --with-xml 
--with-ldap 
--with-imap 
--with-zlib=/usr/local 
--with-gd=/usr/local
--with-pdflib=/usr/local 
--with-hyperwave

make

Compile gets all the way to:
ar rc libmodphp3.a
Then get the following error:

ar: dbase/libdbf.a is in archive format - embedded archives are not allowed

Using ar: Software Generation Utilities (SGU) Solaris/ELF (3.0)
