In the manual, it is mentioned that all files in the DLLs directory from PHP zip file should copied into winnt\system32 but it is not mentioned that for ISAPI to run properly, i must also copy php4ts.dll from PHP's root directory into winnt\system32...

NB1: There's no problem with CGI version of php if you don't copy php4ts.dll

NB2: there's already a user contributed note in the online manual but maybe it would nice to make the change into READMEs files since the performance gain with ISAPI is great...
