When I called PDF_new()
It show error 
"Fatal Error: PDFlib error: Tried to set unknow parameter 'imagewarning' in 'test.php' on line 11

PDFlib 4.0.1 installed
PHP 4.0.5

You have not compiled PHP with the new PDFLIB 4.0.1. Works for me just fine. Most likely a old pdflib library still
somewhere in your system that is found at compile time.
