The souce says php3_strcasecmp is binary safe, only it's not.

This does not seem to be a function that is ever called by user written php3 code, so it might not have any user impact.

The non case sensitive version uses binary safe php3_binary_strcmp, but case insensitive version just uses the strcasecmp function. (It might just be an error in the comments which say it's binary safe when it's not.)

Fixed in current CVS. This will be made widely available in PHP 3.0.7.
