Please provide some more information, this is not enough to track down a problem.

User reports:

actually i did use the same environment with apache server,
because ibm http server 1.3.12 is based on it.
so the operating system is windows 2000 professional,
the other settings of either web server or php module is all the same with
standard apache-php configuration.
when i use apache, it's fine;
but when i use ibm http server,
it said apache.exe can't find the entry point in php module's dll.
that's all i know about it.
thank you for your patience.

IBM HTTP Server 1.3.12.2's service show the message:
can't find the entry point of function 'add_assoc_string_ex'(in dll:php4ts.dll)

but when i use the same environment in apache server, everything goes ok.

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP.
Unfortunately you are not using a current version of PHP --
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
PHP version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP.

there have been a lot of changes between 4.0 and 4.1, and then 4.1 and 4.2, so I can't really be sure that this hasn't been fixed.

If you feel it hasn't please re-open the bug.
