Does anybody know how to program in PHP(or other) so that the PHP page can automatically reload from the web server after certain period of time ?

This does what you need (not PHP related at all):

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" content="600;url=http://mydot.com/">

Where 600 is seconds in which the page is reloaded.
