Very vanilla PHP 8.0.9 install. Running Apache 2.4 with php8apache2_4.dll. Apache error log generates warnings on startup:

   PHP Warning:  Missing arginfo for uploadprogress_get_info() in Unknown on line 0
   PHP Warning:  Missing arginfo for uploadprogress_get_contents() in Unknown on line 0

From the PHP 8.0 upgrade notes:

   All internal functions and methods are now required to specify arginfo 
   information, otherwise warnings will be thrown on startup.

Warnings may not actually impede functionality, but they do prevent the installation of Composer via the Windows installation file, and may have other side effects.

This is fixed in uploadprogress version 1.1.4
