We're configuring with the following options:

./configure \
        --disable-xml \
        --disable-libxml \
        --disable-dom \
        --disable-simplexml \
        --disable-xmlreader \
        --disable-xmlwriter \
        --without-pear \
        --without-sqlite3 \
        --without-pdo-sqlite \

when running 'make' we get the following error:
