RedHat 6.2 with libxml2-2.2.7-1.i386.rpm and libxml2-devel-2.2.7-1.i386.rpm from Gnome FTP server.

Configure line:
./configure '--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql' '--with-oci8=/u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.5' '--disable-debug' '--enable-magic-quotes' '--without-gd' '--enable-memory-limit' '--enable-sigchild' '--with-dom'

Configure output:
