Hello,

on the web site you stated that you released the php version 7.1.21 on 17.8.2018. Unfortunately for the download site you have only version 7.1.20 and in bug tracer, version 7.1.21 is only RC.

I am sorry for my English.

It seems that include/releases.inc and include/version.inc have
not been updated yet, and that releases/7_1_21.php is missing.
Sara, could you please have a look at this?

So sorry! I was handling two releases in parallel (which I don't normally do), and my processes weren't in sync.

The links and such should all update shortly once the website rebuilds and distributes out to servers.
