Description:
------------
SolrUtils::digestXmlResponse() fails to parse this response:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<response>
    <result name="response" numFound="7" start="0" maxScore="1.0">
        <doc><str name="foo">bar</str></doc>
    </result>
</response>

It will work for this response with a slight whitespace change:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<response>
    <result name="response" numFound="7" start="0" maxScore="1.0">
        <doc> <str name="foo">bar</str></doc>
    </result>
</response>

This is the diff between the two responses:
$ diff -u fail.xml success.xml
--- fail.xml	2018-06-01 19:55:28.375146179 +0200
+++ success.xml	2018-06-01 19:55:57.128476904 +0200
