Warning: geoip_country_name_by_name(): Required database not available at /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIP.dat

I tryed to change the directory of GEOIP2 to alternate link, but doesnt works:

geoip_setup_custom_directory('some/path');

I dont have the shell acess to the apache panel, because are in reseller WHM Panel.

And the server admin is from Matrix of Secret Government, dont try to fix this error.

I tryed to patch this issue with a little link, but dont have sucess:
