Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.json-last-error-msg
---

The Paragraph:
Returns the error message on success, "No Error" if no error has occurred, or FALSE on failure.

Should be changed to:
Returns the error message on success, "No error" if no error has occurred, or FALSE on failure.

Notice the difference in capitalization of the word 'error'.

Test script:
---------------
$json_error_msg =  json_last_error_msg();

if($json_error_msg==="No Error"){
  print "Documentation is correct";
} else {
  print "Documentation is wrong. Actual return is '".$json_error_msg."' notice capitalization of error";
}

Expected result:
----------------
Documentation is correct

Actual result:
--------------
Documentation is wrong. Actual return is 'No error' notice capitalization of error
