The variables _read_timeout_seconds and _read_timeout_milliseconds are not used in the function readFrame() of Connection.php file

Problem: Stomp::setReadTimeout does nothing

Solution: Add to line 609
stream_set_timeout($this->_socket, $this->_read_timeout_seconds, $this->_read_timeout_milliseconds);
