Description:
------------
The docgen[1] tool generates bogus output with namespaced extensions. It generates broken files and markup.

I'm testing it now and will add to this bug report in the future and/or fix docgen along the way. This bug is being written now in case I get hit by a bus.

To reproduce, install UI[2] or any other namespaced extension and generate its documentation with docgen. Joe Watkins is helping debug this problem.

Although not a phd problem, "Doc Build" feels like the closest "Package affected" for this, as opposed to a general "Documentation Problem".

Expected result:
----------------
Documentation that builds.

Actual result:
--------------
Documentation that does not build.
