Description:
------------
I created a command in Symfony 3.1.6 which I executee in the CLI.

If imap_open fails then I get the following error in the CLI.

PHP Catchable fatal error: Argument 5 passed to Symfony\Component\Debug\ErrorHandler::handleError() must be of the type array, null given in C:\xampp\htdocs\git_projects\TaylorMade-Adidas\vendor\symfony\symfony\src\Symfony\Component\Debug\ErrorHandler.php on line 364

Expected result:
----------------
should not throw this error and we should be able to handle the exception.

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions. Due to the volume
of reports we can not explain in detail here why your report is not
a bug. The support channels will be able to provide an explanation
for you.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

Sounds like a bug in Symfony, if not your own code.
